Welcome to the opCLAW Community! This forum is a dedicated space for developers, AI builders, and tenants to collaborate, troubleshoot, and share knowledge about the opCLAW and OpenClaw ecosystem and our managed hosting infrastructure.

To ensure this remains a safe, productive, and highly focused environment for everyone, all members must adhere to the following rules. By participating in this forum, you agree to these guidelines.

1. Strictly opCLAW-Related Topics

This forum is purpose-built for a specific domain. All discussions must be directly related to the OpenClaw ecosystem, opCLAW managed cloud hosting, agent orchestration, and relevant AI integrations.

General technology discussions, unrelated software support, political debates, or general off-topic chatter distract from the community’s purpose and will be removed.

2. Be Polite, Helpful, and Open-Minded

We are a collaborative community of builders pushing the boundaries of what AI agents can do.

Assume Good Intent: Approach conversations with an open mind. If someone asks a question that seems basic to you, remember that we were all beginners once. Answer kindly or move on.
Be Constructive: When debating technical architectures or providing feedback, focus on the ideas. Elite attitudes, gatekeeping, or condescending behavior have no place here.

3. Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Discrimination

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, and harassment.

No Discrimination: Any language, imagery, or behavior that attacks or marginalizes individuals based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
No Personal Attacks: Name-calling, bullying, intimidation, and hostile language will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

4. Protect Privacy and Security (No Doxxing)

Because we deal with cloud infrastructure and AI deployments, operational security is paramount.

Protect Your Own Data: Never post your private API keys, soul.md secrets, passwords, or raw .env files. If you are sharing logs to get help, redact any sensitive tenant data or credentials first.
Respect Others’ Privacy: Do not post the personal information, contact details, or private IP addresses of other users.

5. No Spam, Malicious Code, or Unauthorized Promotion

No Malicious Payloads: Do not post malicious scripts, disguised prompt-injection attacks, or weaponized skills.md files designed to exploit other users’ agent instances.
No Spam: Unsolicited advertising and repetitive promotional posting are prohibited. You may share open-source tools or plugins you have built that benefit the opCLAW community in the designated “Showcase” category, provided you disclose any financial affiliations.

6. No Illegal or NSFW Content

Do not post sexually explicit material, violent content, or links to illegal downloads.
Discussions regarding bypassing legal security controls, software piracy, or orchestrating network attacks are strictly forbidden.

Enforcement and Final Decision Rights

The opCLAW administration and moderation team reserves the right of final interpretation and decision-making regarding these rules. We reserve the right to remove any content, close any thread, or ban any user at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.

Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:

Content Removal: Editing or deleting the offending post.
Formal Warning: A direct message from the moderation team.
Temporary Suspension: A temporary freeze on your ability to post or reply.
Permanent Ban: Complete removal from the opCLAW community forum. (Note: Forum bans do not impact your opCLAW managed hosting tenant SLA, but you will lose access to community support channels).

How to Report Violations

If you see a post or receive a direct message that violates these rules, do not engage or retaliate. Please use email to [email protected] immediately so we can handle it.
